Condit has been teasing a return to action recently on social media as he got back into a full training camp preparing for return in the latter part of the year.

“The Natural Born Killer” hasn’t fought since Dec. 2018 when he suffered a second-round submission loss to Michael Chiesa. Condit has dropped his past five fights in a row dating back to 2016 when he lost a very close, controversial decision to Robbie Lawler in a welterweight title fight.

As for Gall, the former “Lookin’ For a Fight” veteran has grown up in the UFC after joining the promotion with only one fight on his record. He made short work of former WWE superstar CM Punk in a high profile fight back in 2016 and he’s since established himself as a top up and comer in the welterweight division.

Most recently, Gall dispatched Salim Touahri by unanimous decision to move his overall record to 6-2. Now Gall takes on a legend in Condit when they clash in December.

UFC on ESPN 7 will be headlined by a heavyweight matchup pitting former title contender Alistair Overeem against Walt Harris.
